As you can appreciate a good tax adviser will require different skills to a good auditor, therefore the training package is tailored to the business area in which a career is chosen. However, many skills used in each business area are transferable, and something that sets us apart from our competitors is our willingness to allow trainees to transfer between departments as their career develops. In order to allow you to focus on achieving your qualification, secondment opportunities become available post qualification... you could gain wider experience and acquire new skills without the disruption of relocation, whilst gaining the benefit of continuity of employment and the chance to diversify your knowledge and skills, giving greater flexibility in your career.
